Traffic

Main, Durfee, Willow and other streets are quickly getting congested. Brandon will focus on improvement and budgeting of roads to relieve the congestion before it turns into a mess like Tooele's Main Street.

HOAs

82.4% of new homes are part of homeowner associations (HOAs) with $250 being the average fee in the United States. Brandon will fight for future HOA bylaws to allow an easier path to disband a HOA.

Variances

Variances are violations to our city standards. Brandon will push back against the liberal allocation of variances.

Fairness

Brandon will uphold principles of neutrality by respecting the rights and concerns of petitioners, promoting open dialogue, and prioritizing accountability and transparency in decision-making processes.

Water Rights

We are overallocated. The last study of water usage is from 1994. Every home uses .45 acre feet of water inside according to the state.

Outside watering for a residential unit is about same as farmland.

Brandon will prioritize reasonable policies to ensure that we will have enough water for both owners of water shares and residents that depend on the city.
